Workshop on Network Science for Humanities Students (Oct. 2 & 3, 2024)

The Mobilities Group and the Narratives Group are co-sponsoring an event related to The Connected Past: Religious Networks in Antiquity conference, namely a workshop aimed at graduate students on the application of network theory and science to humanities research and taking place Oct. 2nd and 3rd.

This workshop is being run by members of The Connected Past, an international research group dedicated to the application of network theory and science to archaeology and history. The focus will be on archaeological case studies, but anyone who is interested in taking a blend of theoretical and computational approaches to the study of human movement and connections is welcome. You can find out more information here, but please email Megan Daniels (fortunar@mail.ubc.ca) to register.
